It started with frustration. As tax professionals navigating the complexities of the new UAE Corporate Tax regime, we wanted to use the power of AI to streamline our research. We subscribed to the "Pro" versions of every major AI platform ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude hoping for a reliable assistant. The results were disappointing.

While they were fast, they were unreliable which made them dangerous. They would confidently quote laws that didn't exist, mix up rules or fail to connect a critical Cabinet Decision with the main Decree Law. They lacked the ability to read all the relevant documents at the same time and understand the hierarchy of the law. We realized that for a tax professional, "mostly accurate" is not good enough.
